Well, SILVER PAW took a puddle and put it on a raincoat just for you!

The Kinney dog rain jacket is made up of a psychedelic transparent see-through design that is waterproof too…duh! 

They added a buttonhole for easy leash access, a removable hood and bright branded snaps to complete the design.
